    270 felt good coming off the rack; I just dropped too fast into the squat

    FS: worked up to 145# – not a pr

    Metcon: 13:29 rx’d – Was slow after the run. Still can’t figure out good rowing technique and rested too much on burpees and thrusters because I couldn’t breathe today. #annoying
