    Jayson called me out for not reaching full extension on all my air squats 1st round.
    DB push-ups due to hand injury. Went to failure on push-ups. Last 5 were rolling up.

    30 deadlifts 105#

    30 wall balls 14#
    30 burpee to plate
    30 wall balls

    Made it through 16 deadlifts at the end. If I had gone faster on burpees I might have gotten the work done under the time cap. Next time.

    My arms must’ve stayed home!
    All strict push ups; did 15 each round on the rings & 15 on the floor
    The higher standard for the push ups really makes this one tougher/take longer than previous attempts
    First round was 5:01, last 2 rounds were 8 something

    Barbara- 33:50, started 1 min late, finished 34:50 with ring pu first 3 rounds, then perfect (not really) pu rnd 4&5. PU all UB/ Sit-ups got slow, pu broke lots
