    Metcon: 12:31 Rx – back is completely pain free today. But conditioning was gone, hadn’t pushed intensity for about 2.5 weeks. Snatches felt good, but that was rough.

    EMOM w/95# – Only did one jerk for two rds, all for the rest. All of this felt so freaking heavy today.

    Metcon: Didn’t complete the workout and can’t remember what time I stopped, but it took me a long time just to get the little bit of work that I did.
