    80 DU’s …1st 30 UB… Then ponytail fell. kept getting caught in rope.
    80 squats..knee sleeves took forever to pull off when finished
    800m run
    400m w/ weighted vest 20-30#s?..couldn’t get in rhythm with flopping vest
    40 KBS 30# 20/10/10
    21 cal bike…felt pukie.. Didn’t push hard
    Complain much?! Oh, and lost paper with time on it. Prob a good thing.
    Just happy to be healthy & able!

    12:30, DUs were pretty broken and my shoes came untied during the run in 3 & 4, so I had to re tie them before DUs. Should’ve been closer to 10 min
