On a 25 minute clock

1st 5 minutes: 3 Snatch Grip Deadlifts with 3 second pause just below knee
2nd 5 minutes: 3 Snatch High Pulls
Use remaining time to build to a heavy snatch for the day, reinforcing the EMOM skill work

    Worked up to 135# had 5 great Reps PR!
    Failed 4 times at 145#
    Hit another 135# to end out the day on a success.
    Probably should have tried 145# prior to hitting as many 135# reps. I know I can do it. I just have to get out of my own head
