    30 BMU = 8/7/8/7 = small win for me

    27:21, everything slowed way down after the BMU. I hit a wall w/ no 2nd wind in sight. Bottom line, I waited too long to do this. However, the BMU win makes it a good training day. Remember to try and learn something even when you might consider it a “bad” training day work was still done.
