Teams of 2:
3 Wall Balls (20/14)
3 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
3 Calorie Row
Next round is 6’s, then 9’s, etc…Athlete 1 completes a full round of 3 reps, then athlete 2 completes a full round of 3 reps, then athlete 1 completes a full round of 6 reps and so on.

Skill

In remaining time, focus on improving your Double Under. The jump, hand placement, breathing, cycle rate are some of the areas I see people could seek improvement.
After practice, complete 2 minutes of max Double Unders.

    I went first. Unfortunately Chad and I were confused on the partner rotation so we wasted some time at the beginning… Lucas straightened us out pretty quickly though. 😉

        Worked on DUs, managed to find a rhythm of one du every 3-4 su. Improvement!

    AMRAP with Heather: Rx for both.
    We both got through all of the 15s. Then I got 4 WBs. All movements for me were unbroken and I think Heather only broke on her last set of WBs.

    I worked on DUs. I said some bad words.
