    Probably should’ve gone heavier on the squats

    Row Conditioning was horrible but completed

    I was able to maintain sets of 10 on the BS.
    Started with sets of 10 on BP but that went to 4 and 5 at a time on 185.
    On DL I broke to sets of 5 at 275.

    Matt and Marcellus smashed it.

    Row turn into a technique and cool down session for me.
