100 Double Unders, 50 AbMat Sit-ups, 200m Run*
80 Double Unders, 40 AbMat Sit-ups, 200m Run
60 Double Unders, 30 AbMat Sit-ups, 200m Run
40 Double Unders, 20 AbMat Sit-ups, 200m Run
20 Double Unders, 10 AbMat Sit-ups, 200m Run
*Each 200 meter run is to be weighted. Pick a bag, ball or plate and GO!

    Double Unders:
    100=90sec of attempts
    80=75sec of attempts
    60=60sec of attempts
    40=40sec of attempts
    20=20 sec of attempts

    During one round I was able to get 5 double Unders with singles in between each. Most I’ve ever semi strung together

    All the sit-ups

    Runs with 92# bag

      Ran 3 miles with my two oldest boys in 33:54 after school

      Then I came back and rowed

      1000m in 3:10!

      That hurt.. but so rewarding.

    100 DUs: 2.5 mins of attempts (I got over 30)
    80 DUs: 2 mins of attempts
    60 Dus: 1.5 mins of attempts
    40 DUs: 1 min of attempts
    20 DUs: 30 secs of attempts
    I got some DUs on all rounds. Lots of singles and attempts.

    All ab mat sit-ups and 33# sandbag for the run (no walking. all running.)

    Did dub/single/dub/single each round until I couldn’t get any dubs then switched to singles:
    30/10/20/20/10 step up from what I’ve been doing but still want to get dubs in a row in a workout

    1:00 of attempts then 50 su (couldn’t figure out how many su I should do first two rounds)
    switched here to 100 su and last 20 du attempts (going for 2:1)
    60 su, 20 attempts. By this round, tired and could only get 1 du
    40 su
    10 lb ball run/walk : More run than walk
