Hey y’all! Coach Todd’s last day coaching will be tomorrow (Tuesday 11/28, all 3 night classes). If you’re able, make sure that you make it that evening to wish him well! He’s been coaching for us for just a month shy of 5 years and we hate to see him go!

    Snatch work: worked up to 125 but was mainly focused on technique. Thanks Brett for the tips.

    Dubs weren’t great today but got a set of 20 and 15 in there.
