    METCON – scaled by starting with 80dubs – been out due to sickness and then the great snowpocolypse hit ❄️
    Time – 18:05 (Or somewhere in that range)

    First round killed my cardio, so dubs went to crap the second round and I spent 1:30 doing about 30/60 dubs before I moved to sit ups. Made up the rest of the dubs after the WOD while others finished up.

    Extra
    • Worked on breathing while upside down (trying to solve the issue of popping blood vessels on my face🙄)
    • Crossover symmetry to help strengthen up my left shoulder

    My abs are going to be so sore.
    Shoulders felt very very fatigued but no pain.
