100 Calorie Row, 100 Deadlifts (135/95)
80 Cal Row, 80 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
60 Calorie Row, 60 Front Squats (135/95)
40 Calorie Row, 40 Push Jerks (135/95)
20 Calorie Row, 20 Clusters (135/95)

Supplemental Open Skillz

    We did sets of 20 on the DL’s, sets of 12/8/10 for Scott/Joshua/Mark respectively on the HPC’s, sets of 10 on the FS’s and PJ’s, and mostly singles on the clusters.

    I felt solid on my rowing; was able to maintain a steady calorie output in the mid-1000’s for the whole workout (we did 20 cal sets). My main struggle was on the HPC’s; my grip was shot.

    Did a few rounds of OHS and T2B afterwords (bare barbell, focused on form)

    Completed Metcon with Sarah as a 2-person team, so cal/rep numbers got adjusted accordingly to something like this: 66/54/40/28/14

    Sarah did 25# bar and I did 45# (chose this weight as I knew FS and Clusters wouldn’t be feasible to maintain with a heavier weight towards the end of the WOD due to fatigue)

    This was a brutal 2 person WOD 😵
