    Messed up and started C2B’s instead of T2B’s. 13 in transitioned to 40 T2B’s then finished 17 C2B’s.
    Burpees happened
    Wrestled with the barbell till the end.

    Did 5 good mornings and 5 presses with an empty barbell and almost passed out, coughed for 10 minutes and had to take a 30 minute nap to recover.
    Still sick.
