    1st WOD back in 11 days…lung sickness provided time for rest while shoulder injection started working. 2 weeks today since injection.

    Worked up to 125 for 3 rep (previous in May was 155 I think)

    Used 35# DBs to have that experience in case it shows in the Open. It surely didn’t make me less fit.
