    Did 100 dubs which I have never done in a workout before so I’m happy with that did some singles after because I was cutting into too much time with the workout

    5 rounds I did C2b kipping pull ups; 5 rounds were kipping chin over pull ups
    Push ups: first round all strict; all other rounds were a mixture of strict, strict on knees, and some kipping push ups
    Squats: made those squats my bitch
