    Team of 2 with Megan-same partner as last time, but we did 38 reps of each this time (35 last time)

    #’s a little off from last time, but hard to compare since we did a different rep scheme this time.

    With Lauren (same as Nov) = scaled to 38 reps
    All rounds: 55/65/75#
    PP: 20 (compare to Nov 45/55/55# 60 reps)
    FS: 51 (Nov 55/65/75# 35 reps)
    HPC: 36 (Nov 55/65/65# 42 reps)

    In Nov she carried me on PP. This time I did fine with PP but she did a few more FS and totally carried me on the HPC. By that round, my wrists were done.
