    2:44 PR down almost two minutes from last attempt at 115 in July 2016. Went rx in oct 2017 time was 4:30ish. today I wanted to focus on pushing pace.

    At home:

    1RM Snatch – 115 – terrible form. Need to do some shoulder accessory work as well. Could have snatched more weight but didn’t trust the shoulder stability.

    Isabel: 2:28 @ 75 – 15/11/4. Probably should have used a little more weight but it was the first time I have attempted it.
