    Worked up to 95 and then I allowed my core to get sloppy and lost my last rep backwards. Tweaked my shoulder a bit, so we will see how that goes.

    Stuck with 75# throughout after the shoulder issue from snatch and scaled the reps

    Got a rowing tip from Brett that seemed to improve my pull. That and the lower reps shot my cals up

    (Pushed the weight today. Reps were lower but weight was more than I normally do for OHS metcons)

    Couldn’t get with it today. Bad attitude. Lol
    1st 20 minutes I was there, had 3 work problems so I left and went back to work.
    Snatched 9 reps 85-95# with NO shoulder pain. Crossover Symmetry win.

    used smallest size but first time to ever actually do box jumps
    snatched with just bar
    screwed up first round of AMRAP – did 10 box jumps before I remembered to do burpees, started over.
