Whole class divides into 2 teams
3 Rounds for Calories:
Team 1: Assault Bike (Team Score)
Team 2: 400 Meter Sled Push

If Teams of 2-4 Each: 1 Bike + 1 Sled
If Teams of 5-7 Each: 3 Bikes + 1 Sled + 1 Bag
If Teams 8-10 Each: 4 Bikes + 1 Sled + 2 Bags
