Memorial Day Murph

One WOD today at 9AM.

Hero: “Murph”

1 mile Run
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

You can break up the pull ups, push up and squats as needed, but you must start and end with the 1 mile runs. If you’ve got a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.

    Finished with 1 mile w/ Elisabeth and Sophie, with Graham on shoulders.

    Wore Hyperwear vest the entire time.
    Split up randomly. Push-ups hardest part.

    What an emotional but awesome day. We have a great tribe.

    I did the 5 pull-ups/5 push-ups/15 air squats/5 push-ups rep scheme – should have completed 20 rds

    First run w/20# weight vest
    I couldn’t get cooled down after the first run and felt really pukey so I rested for a bit then started back and had to work very slowly. I was short 5 rounds of work. Completed the second run without a vest.

    Did push-ups on my knees.
