    3 Power Cleans* (Build in weight if able) —> worked up to 90#

    Did great until the last two rounds. 6th and 7th round killed me. Ripped a callus on round 6 which slowed me down a bit for round 7. Worked a little past the 14 min mark, but wanted to get the reps in.

    Got my heart pumping on this one 😵
