    cluster to 135, still lack clean tech, something about early hi elbows,
    Metcon 12:06 95lbs…burpees still slow, strength still an issue todays movements, Bret helped with hip position/pop

    Cluster: worked 45# -> 90# going up in weight every minute

    I’m not sure of my weight. I thought I was doing 80# but as I was putting up my weight something didn’t seem right and I had already put some plates up so I couldn’t double check myself… Anyway, it was either 70#, 75# OR 80#.
