    Metty- 8:34 Rx. Burpees hurt my leg more than snatches.

    Have pulled my left quad so no strength in hopes of completing the metcon.

    Metcon: 13:12 w/55#

    Jumping over the barbell hurt my quad so just did stationary burpees and subbed regular snatches for squat snatches.

    Squat Snatch 1RM worked up to 175#, 185# lull but didn’t feel right

    Snatch – Worked up to 125 pretty easy. Missed 135 by a couple inches. Few more reps and I would have gotten it. The 125 is a 10#pr though.

    Metcon – 11:09 @ 65 (50% of max). Worked on a pace to keep moving but think I paced it too much. Should have pushed harder.

    2.) 8:04, toes hit the bar on 2/3 burpees and they were too slow. I started on the 2 min mark
    3.) Tempo FS w/ 5 sec descent starting @ 65%
    EMOM×10 1 rep
    230/240/250/260/270/280/290/300/310/300
