    Only got through 60 burpees

    Just couldn’t push through the burpees today. Felt super dehydrated and hip flexors didn’t want to move so was doing sets of 5 and having to rest forever. Just happy to be working out! 👌🏼

    It was about 1000 degrees in our carport at 10:30 this morning. Ok, maybe just 101 heat index, but it was ridiculous. And our little bitty box fan did nothing to help move the air. But anyway, we did some work. 💪🏼
