    My legs hurt. Can’t walk down stairs forwards. Too much quad pain. Must go backwards.

    Good thing my hand ripped during the first half of the workout, so I was able to not feel bad about quitting since I need my hands for my job.

    No idea what the time was when I quit. All I know is I picked a very bad week to return to CFJ. In my very best Alicia Keys voice, “this girl is on fire…” and not in a good way. Ouch.
