    Metcon – 19:40 Rx reverse order. Lost some time on wallball (debris in eye). Biceps still a lil tight.

    Thanks to Jennie for calling me out and then giving me some helpful tips. Went something like this… “You’ve been coming for over five years, you should be getting this by now”. A good coach knows what buttons to push. I got better today. Thanks Jennie!

    Had to push really hard on bike for last 30s to make it
