    I was doing good to be able to get this in today. Also, their 400m route is much flatter here. Last week @ CFJ my fastest round was 2:18 and my slowest was 2:33.

    Did a couple of sets at 135#, did one at 155# then couldn’t shake the dizziness, so stopped.

    Fastest round 2:20/2:22/2:19/2:27/2:29/2:33/had to stop and get water out of the water fountain so I started the last round :27 behind and didn’t finish my last 5 TTB. Could’ve risked not getting the water, but I made have died, honestly. I chose to live.
