    Considering the pre-WOD workout we did and the other two WODs to do after, tried to pace Fran- 84 reps I think. That or 87 reps. I can’t keep up with anything these days. Just know I was counting by 3’s.

    Dianne- 56 reps. All of it was hard.

    Amanda- hah! MUs before Fran were a piece of cake. MUs after Fran and Diane were nonexistent. Failed many times, got 2, and went on to do 3 squat snatches.
