    Trying to keep some upper body strength so did a few kick-ups to the wall and then lowered down. Then did some strict DB presses.

    Limited time, did 3×10 HBBS and some SHSPU
    Did 7 unbroken and several sets of 3 or 4. Last 2 sets of 3 were from a dead stop and rest at the bottom.

    For skill work, I did about four rounds of 10 A-frame handstand pushups with some single and double HSPUs in between.
