    1.) Team practice with Luke Sabrina and Jennie. KBS/T2B & thruster workouts.

    2.) 800m sled push w/ 100# on it. :30 on :30 rest: 34:11 minus 2 minutes to get graham. THE hardest thing I have ever done in CrossFit. I almost puked several times.
