Free Saturday Intro Class
Not sure about CrossFit, what we do or if you would even enjoy this type of workout and environment? Come visit us, no commitment required! We would love to have you come try our program on a Saturday and see what you think! You can join a class at 9:00 or 10:30. First workout is always free! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to try CrossFit. If you can’t try us out on a Saturday, let us know and we’ll work out a time for you to visit during the week. Once you’ve decided you’re ready to get started, you’ll need to go through our Fundamentals class.
All new members to CrossFit Jackson must attend our Fundamentals Class. You can read more about the class here. In order to begin our group classes you need to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. Our Fundamentals is comprised of 3-4 hours of information, skill development and training. CrossFit Fundamentals is taught in a group setting that is fun and effective. CrossFit Fundamentals is a one time fee of $50 and comes with a free week of classes.
We are not a come and go as you wish at any time type of traditional gym. We have small group classes offered at various times throughout the day. Each class is coached by a CrossFit certified trainer. Please look at our class schedule and see if we have a class that will fit your needs.
We are a “pay as you go” training facility. We do not require contracts. We offer rates for unlimited training, 3 classes per week and 2 classes per week. We offer various community discounts as well as multi-member family discounts. Please see our fees and let us know if you have any questions.
